Plants

This week we have been busy in our Science lessons learning about plants.  In class we have been listening to a story about a seed and what it needs to grow.  We have also learnt about the different parts of a plant and what the different parts do.  We have also been outside and looking for plants.  We have found some that smell and have been deciding if they smell nice or not.  An activity that was particularly liked was digging in the soil to see what we could find.  It seemed to be easier to find worms than the plants we were looking for.  It has been a good week and lots of learning has taken place.
