Bay Tree Class: Exploring Sound, Rhythm & Movement

This week’s music session was filled with joy, movement and musical discovery. The children had a fantastic time learning how to play a variety of instruments, including bells, shakers and tambourines. They practiced listening carefully and following instructions, learning when to start and stop playing their instruments with verbal and visual cues.
There was lots of excitement as we turned up the tempo with some upbeat songs. The children danced around in small groups, expressing themselves through movement and rhythm.
To help everyone wind down, we ended the session with some calming, relaxing music. The children lay down on the floor, listened quietly and enjoyed a peaceful moment of rest.
