Wow what a spooktacular week we've had in class. With half term creeping up, we’ve been getting stuck into all things Halloween.

It wouldn’t be Halloween without pumpkins, so some of us enjoyed scooping out the squishy insides, (what a great sensory experience), while others chose to decorate with paint and glitter. Our class has loved singing along to Halloween themed songs too, some favourites included 5 Little Ghosts, and 5 Wicked Witches.

Our class favourite this week has been our sensory story, ‘The Witch’s Brew’.

We mixed up a disgusting potion with sweaty socks (socks soaked in vinegar, phew), angel delight ear wax (yep that yellow goo was gross and delicious,) and mushy pea snot (green, squishy and perfect for poking).

As we wrap up this half term, we just want to say a HUGE well done Bay Tree, and hope you have a fang-tastic break.
