Bay Tree Class: Mark Making, Sunshine, and Memories!

Hello everyone!

What a busy and exciting week it's been in Bay Tree Class!

In Literacy, our colourful friend, the Colour Monster, has continued to inspire us. This week, however, we've been focusing on putting our own marks down! We've had lots of fun exploring different sensory materials and practicing making marks in them.

We also took our learning outdoors and made the most of the lovely sunshine! Armed with chalk, we took to the ground, drawing lines, circles, and crosses. It's wonderful to see the children so engaged and developing their fine motor skills. The sunshine definitely added an extra spark to our learning!

We also had a very special occasion this week - school photos! Everyone looked so smart and we can't wait for you to see the wonderful pictures that will be sent home soon.

It's been another enriching week in Bay Tree Class, filled with creativity, exploration, and happy moments. We can't wait to see what next week brings!
