Bay Tree: Vegetable Hunt

This week in Bay Tree we’ve been learning all about Harvest. To help us explore this theme, we’ve had lots of sensory fun through Attention Autism. We started off with a big bang or should we say pop! Everyone was excited to watch and listen as we popped 5 popping peas.
Next, we got creative with some Harvest printing. We dipped potatoes and apples into bright paints and pressed them onto paper to make beautiful autumn prints.
The highlight of our Harvest topic was definitely the vegetable hunt in the garden. Armed with our baskets and big smiles, we searched high and low for hidden vegetables among the plants and leaves.
