Maple Tree Class: Boats

This week in Maple Tree we've been making boats!

We first experimented with different materials and looked at which float and which sink. We figured out pool noodles float the best (shock I know).

We then decorated our sails with anything and everything we could find, including sticky letters, glitter drawing, or all the above. Things got messy 😁.

Once we assembled our magnificent boats, it was the moment of truth when we tested them out.....

And of course they floated! We should never have doubted ourselves!
