Sixth Form: Community Engagement

In our community engagement sessions we have been building up to going out in the community to play bowling. During these lessons we have been playing Boccia and skittles which has been developing their turn taking skills and helping their communication with each other where possible. We have also been getting the students to help count how many skittles each person has knocked down to build or enhance their counting skills. One individual also does a great job of keeping score on the whiteboard. The students have really enjoyed this lesson and love a little healthy competition. keep up the good works everyone and enjoy your trip out to the bowling alley when you go!
