Compass Centre: Spooky Eyeball Challenge!

This week in class 1 PSHE, things took a spooky turn ready for Halloween! Pupils started the lesson reading our PSHE story that looks at feelings and what it means to be a friend. Staff supported them to dicuss how characters in the story might be feeling based on their facial expressions and talk about the characters who looked happy to be engaging with their friends. Then, it was time for our teamwork challenge- something different each week where we have to work as a team and cheer-on our peers. This week it was "The Eyeball Wall!"

Pupils worked as a team to toss all their teams' fake eyeballs into the cups to race to be the first to complete their challenge. It was good fun and helped us work on our gross motor and coordination too! Well done everyone!
