Elm Tree: Literacy

Hi everybody!

Welcome to the Elm Tree Class Blog. This week, we would like to share what we have been learning about in literacy.  Our class book is Treasure Island by Robert Louis Stevenson.  As the weather has been so hot, we have only been reading for short periods of time, but the pupils are really enjoying learning about the characters and remembering the actions we are creating for each page.

We also borrowed some water pistols from the pupils in Oak Tree Class for a quick water fight on Thursday, it was an excellent way to cool down!
