Elm Tree: Homemade Bread!

This week in Elm Tree, we have been learning about how bread is made. We explored the differences between how bread was made in the past and how it is produced today by watching a variety of videos. Afterwards, it was time to put our learning into practice by making our own dough. We carefully combined all the ingredients, mixed them together, and then rolled up our sleeves to begin kneading. All of the pupils were fully engaged and thoroughly enjoyed the hands-on experience. We are now looking forward to the next steps... baking and tasting our homemade bread!
