Rowan Tree: End of Term Festivities 🎄
Date: 19th Dec 2025 @ 8:28am
What a wonderful way to end the term! The start of the week saw our Nativity performances and it was lovely to see so many parents and other family members in the audience. We think we were definitely the stars of the show (in more ways than one) and are sure you'll all agree with us! 🌟
In literacy we have enjoyed our Nativity sensory story, which is a lovely way to explore the meaning of Christmas together. In the afternoons we have been busy with lots of Christmas crafts including Christmas cards, wreaths, colourful Christmas trees and salt dough decorations. 🎄
Then yesterday was our Christmas party day and what a day it was! In the morning we all went to see Santa in his magical grotto, which brought lots of smiles. We then enjoyed party food together in the hall for dinner, followed by an afternoon of more party fun. There were balloons, party games, cupcakes to decorate, pass the parcel to play and more yummy party food to eat. We even a special visit from the ice-cream man! What a fantastic Christmas party.🎅🏼
The Rowan Tree staff would like to wish all our children and their families a wonderful Christmas and a very happy New Year. Thank you for your continued support. We look forward to seeing you all again on 5th January, refreshed and ready for the spring term! 🎉
