Pine Tree: Geography

This week in Pine Tree we've been busy in Geography. We've been leaning about the Equator and beyond and have included weather. 

We've explored different habitats in tuff trays, linked to continents around the world. We had one super chilly one for Antarctica and one super sandy tray for Africa. We discussed the weather based on how close they are to the equator. During our Makaton lessons we have been learning about weather. We were able to use these when discussing the weather on different continents.
