Let us take you shopping!

This week some of our amazing students went out into the community to go shopping to Morrisons, to gather all the ingredients needed for the catering session the next day.

With the support of familiar adults, they walked down to Morrisons very safely ensuring they waited for the green man at the traffic lights.

When in the shop the students all took it in turns to pick items from the shopping list. Once they had collected all the items off the shopping list they all took it in turns helping to scan the items and pay.

Once back at school the students helped to put all the ingredients away in the neccesary places. This whole activity is great for building the students independent skills. We are extremely proud of you all for representing our school in such a beautiful way whilst out in the community.
