Maple Tree: Numeracy

We've had a wonderful week in Maple Tree, especially in our Numeracy lessons!

Our Active Numeracy group and Sensory Numeracy group have been learning all about the difference between big and small objects, through exploration, big and small pictures of favoured objects and drawing big and small shapes in sand! They've done such amazing work this week and are all making such incredible progress!

Our more formal learners have been learning about different shapes and how to identify them through their features, they've done fantastic work counting the sides to see which shapes match and showing us if some shapes are the 'same' or 'different'!

We're all very proud of the wonderful work the children have been doing this week, well done Maple Tree!
