Maple Tree Class: Recycle

WELCOME BACK MAPLE TREE! 

It's so lovely to see eveyone's smiling faces as we welcome you all back after the half term.

This half term, our Creative Curriculum theme is Reduce, Reuse and Recycle. Last Friday we had our Inspiration Day which we set up in the hall. We had different activities, such as scooping water with recycled plastic bottles that have been cut into scoops. Wealso had to sort the recycling into the correct groups (we were naturally pros at this since we covered this topic in science!)

In class, we created a junk model out of our very own recycling, and of course you'll be glad to hear we got messy. We had paint, glitter and so many different colours, textures and materials.
