Compass Centre: Measurement Maths

This week we wanted to celebrate the pupils' super work in their Class 1 maths lessons. They have been learing to apply their learnt understanding of measurement, to functional situations for adult life. This week we have been working on our understanding of how recipes are a type of calculation, creating two amounts before combining to find a total. Pupils have worked to weigh out their ingredients then use the scales to check their answers. Well done everyone, great work.
