This week in Pine Tree Class, we have really enjoyed finishing our Literacy story, Funnybones!

We have worked hard to sequence the story and then used our imaginations to change different parts of it to create our own exciting versions.

We were so impressed with the wonderful ideas everyone came up with, and we used symbols brilliantly to help us make our story changes.

 

In phonics, we have all been fantastic. We have been focusing on recognising environmental sounds and identifying the initial sounds in words.

We loved taking part in a variety of fun games to support our learning, as well as listening carefully to the different sounds around the school environment.
