This week in Seedlings, we continued our Brilliant Bodies theme and revisited our story, "This Is Me." The children enjoyed learning more about their body parts and exploring the different things their body parts can do, helping them to develop the understanding of their body parts through actions, play, movement, and sensory experiences.

We also focused on Mathematics, where the children explored a variety of shapes and objects of different sizes. They made attempts to stack objects, matched shapes, completed simple puzzles, and practised pushing objects through different shaped and sized holes. The children also enjoyed exploring shapes in sensory bags and took part in a relaxing shape massage activity, supporting their sensory awareness and early mathematical understanding.

It has been lovely to see the children engaging with confidence and curiosity throughout the week. We are very proud of all their achievements and look forward to more learning and fun next week.
